Andrey Margolin has published more than 120 research papers on the development and implementation of government investment policy, evaluation of the effectiveness of investment projects and government programs, economics of natural resources management. He has more than 25 years of experience in lecturing and teaching economic classes, as well as managing scientific research commissioned by government and corporate bodies, and in managing international educational and research programs. He has trained more than 30 graduate and doctoral students in Economics. He participated in programs in Germany, Belgium, England and the United States. As an expert, he took part in several state expert reviews of federal target programs and projects financed by the European Commission. He supervised the organization of foreign internships for civil servants of federal ministries and the Government of Moscow from 2007 to 2013.
