Valery Fedorov — General Director, Russian Public Opinion Research Center
Started his career in the Institute of Mass Political Movements at the Russian-American University (1991-93). In 1993 he joined the Center for current policy (CCP) as a researcher and in 2003 became a Director General.
In 2003 Valery Fedorov became a head of Russian Public Opinion Research Center (VCIOM). Mr. Fedorov is the member of VCIOM Board of Directors and also heads Expert Council.
He keeps active scientific and teaching life. In the leading universities of Russia (MGIMO, HSE and etc.) Mr. Fedorov heads VCIOM Departments. He is also the Chief Editor of the "Monitoring. Social and Economic Changes" scientific journal.
In 2008 Valery Fedorov was awarded the Medal of the Order of Merit for Motherland II class.
Since 2012 - Advisor to the First Deputy Head of the Presidential Executive Office.
