Sergey Mironov — Blogger, Entrepreneur, Vice President, Federation of Restaurateurs and Hoteliers of Russia
Biographical information.

Sergei Mironov was born on March 18, 1975 in Baku. In 2002, he graduated from the Academy of Labor and Social Relations with a degree in jurisprudence.
He has been in the restaurant business since 1996.
Originally worked as a barman, then as a manager in well-known clubs and restaurants in Moscow.
From 1999 to 2001, he served as director of the club Gentleman Jack.
In 2002 worked as General Director of the restaurant chain of cinemas "Five Stars".
In 2004 he became one of the founders of the chain.
In 2006, he founded RestConsult Agency which specializes in consulting services and crisis management in the restaurant business.
2009 - he started to develop Lizarran and Cantina Mariachi franchise concepts in Moscow.
Sergey Mironov and his partners opened their first restaurant under the brand "Meat&Fish" in 2011. A few years later, he went out of business. During this time, the once thriving restaurant began to experience difficulties.
In August 2016, Sergey Mironov returned to the Meat&Fish project as a brand owner (to further develop the franchise). A month later, he opened a second franchise restaurant in Kuntsevo Plaza. Since it was decided to base the menu exclusively on healthy domestic products: grain-fed marbled meat, fish, and seafood from Russian northern seas, the second franchise restaurant was opened under the more appropriate name "Meat&Fish".
In December 2017, the third franchise restaurant opened in the Riviera shopping mall. At the time, it was the restaurateur's largest "brainchild." It was 1700 square meters, with a separate children's room, essentially combining two full restaurants in one.
Then within a year several more restaurants appeared in Moscow and one in Volgograd. Among the restaurants that appeared in the capital were the all-day restaurant at Tverskaya Street 23/12; the restaurant in the Rumyantsevo business park; Mega Teply Stan; Vegas Kuntsevo; Kashirskaya Plaza shopping mall; and the Meat & Fish restaurant at Kuntsevo Plaza with its own game zone, animators, and a "live corner". At the moment there are 9 restaurants "Meat & Fish" (including the regional one in Volgograd).

What makes Sergei Mironov's project different?
Firstly, the commitment to the so-called "gastronomic patriotism" (Russian natural products).
The second is a combination of steak and fish-house "under one roof" (when it is equally comfortable for "meat-eaters" and adherents of seafood).
Thirdly, in "emotional service" (a guest in Sergey Mironov's restaurants is treated like a close friend).
Fourthly, in democratic prices for premium class product.

And one more distinguishing feature. In just one year, restaurants "Meat & Fish" experienced a series of spontaneous openings. Partly in spite of business rules. On such a step the owner of the brand went consciously: an ambitious project needed "vaccination by difficulties. Understanding of how to work and develop "at high speed. Including in the region of Russia not the most convenient for the adaptation of the capital project (we are talking about Volgograd).
According to Sergei Mironov, the project was originally designed for the further "march" to Russian cities.
The ultimate goal of Sergey Mironov is to create the largest franchise network of Russian restaurants "Meat & Fish" (at least 500) not only in Russia and Europe, but also in the US.
