Konstantin Parshin — Vice President, Executive Director, IT Cluster, Skolkovo Foundation
Graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics at Moscow State University in 1994 and received his MBA from AIBEC in 2002.

Before Skolkovo, he served as deputy general director, director for new business development at ITAR-TASS, where he was responsible for the development strategy within the system of state administration, NGOs and big business, organized “from scratch” development and launch of a startup — the TASS-Business media and analysis product. Previously, in 2012–2014, at ITAR-TASS, he was responsible for key projects as part of the comprehensive reform and “reset” of TASS, which ensured revenue growth above the market rate. Prior to TASS, in 1996–2012, he held various positions at Xerox, including head of Xerox Eurasia in Moscow, vice-president for industry marketing in developing markets (UK), and general director of Xerox Israel. He has received a Commendation from President Vladimir Putin.
