Prof. Dr. phil. Aleksandr Fedorov (born 08.10.1970 in Semenov, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast), Rector of Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University.
Prof. Dr. Fedorov is a recipient of 15 grants of European, American and Russian Foundations, including scholarships of the President of the Russian Federation (twice); author of 130+ scientific papers, 8 monographs and 1 course book; associate member of the Academy of the Humanities (University of Münster); member of the Eurasian Pedagogical Universities Association; co-chairperson of the Expert Committee in Pedagogy of the all-Russian Student Olympiad “I am a Professional”; member of the Expert Committee of the national project “Education” and the Presidential Council for Science and Education.
