Aleksandr Orekhov — Deputy Head, Presidential Civil Service and Personnel Directorate
Alexander Valerievich Orekhov was born on July 26, 1981 in Yakutsk.
In 2003, he graduated from the Academy of the Tax Police of the Federal Tax Service of Russia.
From 2003 to 2006, he served in the agencies of the State Drug Control Service.
From 2006 to 2014 worked as a consultant, head of department, deputy head of department, head of department of public service and personnel of the Department of city property of the city of Moscow.
Since August 2014, he has worked in the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation.
Since October 2019, he has been Deputy Head of the Russian Presidential Administration for Civil Service and Personnel.
