Director, Institute of Organisational Development and Strategic Initiatives. Russian Presidetial Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. Vyacheslav Shoptenko implements modern education and development projects for public and business managers, as well as creating and introducing innovative technologies, methods and assessments into business training programmes. Over the years, Mr Shoptenko has developed a number of corporate training programmes for the Central Bank, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Sberbank and other organisations. He also took part in research and consulting projects created by private companies, as well as government agencies and educational facilities. Vyacheslav Shoptenko is a member of the Government’s Expert Council, the Expert Council of the Government Commission on Public Administrators Training, Public Council of the Federal Youth Agency. He has received a certificate of merit from the Government of the Russian Federation for holding the finals of Global Management Challenge bringing in teams from 25 countries. The Minister for Economic Development awarded Mr Shoptenko a certificate of merit for outstanding achievement in training public administrators.
