Maxim Urazov — Director, Department of development of physical culture and mass sport, Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation
Date of birth: 12 May 1981
In 1998 he entered Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University, Faculty of Law, in 2003 he graduated from the university with a red diploma, specialising in "Jurisprudence".
In 2007 he received his second higher education degree at the Siberian Federal University, specialising in State and Municipal Management.
In 2001, while a student he took part in the competition "Golden personnel reserve of Krasnoyarsk" and was one of its winners.
His professional career:
In February 2002 (upon the results of the contest "Golden personnel reserve of Krasnoyarsk") he was employed by the Committee of Youth Affairs of Krasnoyarsk administration as chief specialist.
In 2004 was transferred to the position of Head of Social and Legal Department of Committee for Youth Affairs of Krasnoyarsk administration.
In November 2005 was appointed Head of Youth Policy Department of Krasnoyarsk Administration.
In 2009, he won the All-Russian contest "Best Municipal Employee" within the framework of the Second National Investment Forum "Municipal Russia-2009" in the category "Manager".
In 2010, he was named Best Employee of State Youth Policy in the "Head of Youth Authority" category.
at the All-Russian Professional Skills Competition for State Youth Policy Workers (Tyumen).
On 30 June 2014, he was appointed General Director of the Executive Directorate of the XXIX World Winter Universiade 2019 in Krasnoyarsk, an autonomous non-profit organisation.

In January 2016, he completed the Project Management for Senior Management professional development programme.

Since April 2020, he has been Director of the Department of Physical Culture and Mass Sports of the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation.
